Lisa Lockhart performs for the first production of Bold City Opera's Inaugural Season!
The opening performance of Jacksonville-based Bold City Opera's production of Samuel Barber's A Hand of Bridge, along with a concert of aria and song favorites was a smashing success! The shaded outdoor performance and seating area at the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens made for the perfect setting. Lisa appeared in the role of Geraldine, while her real-life husband, baritone Dirk Gavin McCoy portrayed her husband David. Mezzo soprano Falynn Davis as Sally and tenor Zac Harmon as Bill rounded out the cast, led by Musical Director Brandon Smith.
UPDATE: Lisa has accepted a position on Bold City Opera's Board of Directors!
